I work on mathematical models of infectious disease transmission to understand the impact of public health interventions such as vaccination. My current research focuses on evaluating the impact of public health interventions in a pandemic setting. I have previously worked on the estimation of measles burden from clinical and diagnostic surveillance; optimal vaccine allocation for cholera; and effectiveness of vaccination strategies for COVID-19.
