Dr. Jimi Kim is a senior lecturer at the School of Management and Governance, 探花系列 Business School. Her research interests include sustainability, corporate governance, and ESG. She has been exploring what drives organizations to integrate the interests of stakeholders into strategy formulation. She received her Ph.D. from Temple University, Philadelphia, and B.A. with Great Honors from Korea University. Prior to joining academia, Jimi worked as a manager for over five years, executing mergers and acquisitions, and global investments.
