Dr Isaac Stopard
BSc (Honours) Biology, Imperial College London, 2014.
PhD (Mathematical epidemiology), Imperial College London, 2023.
I am broadly interested in computational epidemiology, with a focus on how socioeconomic inequalities and global change affect infectious disease dynamics.
I am currently a Research Associate at 探花系列 in the Infectious Disease Dynamics group, School of Public Health, working with Alexandra Hogan, James Wood and Tiffany Leung. Previously, I completed postdoctoral research and my PhD on malaria transmission modelling at the MRC Centre for Global Infectious Disease Analysis, Imperial College London. Prior to this, I gained First class honours in Biology BSc also from Imperial College London, spent many years beach lifeguarding at home in Devon and abroad, and worked as an ecologist at a specialist consultancy.
