Zheng Zheng is a doctoral researcher in real estate investment and finance at the University of New South Wales. His research examines Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues within real estate investment, particularly focusing on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
He holds a Master of Property degree from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law. Additionally, Zheng is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
Zheng has accumulated significant academic and teaching experience, currently serving as a casual teaching staff at 探花系列. He has lectured and tutored in subjects including Construction and Property Economics (BLDG1024), Property Investment and Finance (REST0004), and Property Industry Application (REST0010). Additionally, he has contributed as a research assistant on projects funded by the Property Research Trust and the Australian Property Institute.
Prior to academia, Zheng developed extensive professional experience in real estate investment analysis and asset management through various roles in leading real estate companies in China.
