Rasaki’s research explores the provision of mental health and well-being friendly work environment for construction workers through the proper implementation of prefabrication. The aim is to reveal preventive measures of reducing the adverse impacts of mental health stressors that are fundamentally rooted in the widely adopted traditional practices in the construction industry.

Rasaki is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), and a registered quantity surveyor with the Quantity Surveyor Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees in Quantity Surveying from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2016 and 2019, respectively. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Built Environment at the School of Built Environment, University of New South Wales (̽»¨ÏµÁÐ), Sydney, Australia under the supervision of A/Prof. Riza Yosia Sunindijo and Dr. Chethana Illankoon. He had previously worked as a full time Quantity Surveyor between 2017 and 2018 and a part-time Senior Quantity Surveyor from 2018 to 2022 at KTS Consult, Lagos, Nigeria, where he served as project cost and contract administrator on diverse projects. In 2018, he moved to the University of Lagos, Nigeria as a full time academic where he lectured quantity surveying and construction management courses. His research areas include construction 4.0, construction workers' physical and mental health, prefabricated construction, and construction cost management.
